Course Contents
This course is for both beginners who want to learn the Standard Greenland Roll (Layback roll), as well as for advanced students who want to learn more difficult rolls.
We start on Saturday with a welcome session, followed by a few yoga exercises to warm up and a theory session. Of course we will also discuss the individual status and as well as wishes and goals for the following days. Then we will go non-stop into the water from noon until the evening as long as we have breath :-)
On Sunday, after a breakfast together at the Paddel-Klub-Hannover, which is also available for the overnight stays, we will go to the indoor pool together again. During the course, in addition to the teaching pool, we also have access to the swimmer's pool, so that what we have learned can be put into practice in deep water.
A nose clip is strongly recommended due to the chlorinated water!
A kayak can be hired for this course on request.
